In the event of a pricing error, typographical mistake, or incorrect product information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on such erroneous information, even if the order has been confirmed and payment processed. In such cases, we will issue a full refund for the affected amount.

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and handling charges will be clearly indicated at checkout before you finalize your purchase. We do not guarantee that the availability of any product is continuous; items may be discontinued or out of stock without notice.

3. Limitation of Liability

We do not assume any liability for damages caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow the product's user manual or safety instructions. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from DasosGlen. If you are not entirely satisfied with a product, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. It must also include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts that accompanied the original shipment. Products that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

Non-returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened headphones (in-ear or over-ear) may not be returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We reserve the right to determine the return eligibility of any product on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after inspection. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs, after verifying the issue. We may request photographic evidence or the return of the defective item for quality assurance purposes.
